Joining hands for the sake of the kingdom

It’s a well-known fact: we are better together!

We would love to invite you to join the BTC journey by partnering with us financially, in prayer, or by supporting our students practically.

Have you considered supporting the work of BTC financially, and benefitting from a Section 18A certificate?

BTC is registered as a Public Benefit Organisation which means that all donations made to the College are tax deductible upon our issuance of a Section 18A tax receipt. This means that you will receive a tax benefit for your giving based on your corporate or personal income tax bracket percentage.

Principals Fund

This discretionary fund is managed by the Principal and is used to meet the practical or academic needs of our students, staff and other key role players, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds

Bursary Fund

Supporting students with their course and study fees, allowing them to receive the quality theological education that BTC offers. Bursaries are granted to deserving students taking into account academic performance and College involvement.

Prize Fund

Acknowledging student success and achievement through graduation prizes. Prizes are decided on the basis of academic performance as well as involvement in the College. Prizes are often awarded or named in honour or memory of a person or family.

General Fund

Supporting the running of the College and its sustainable operations. General funds allow for us to supplement some of our budget that would otherwise not be met. Furthermore, giving toward the General Fund allows us to subsidise student fees and keep our prices affordable.

Projects Fund

Developing the College in focused areas through special project undertakings. These projects are either proposed by College Management or nominated by the donor themselves. Projects might include research, facility upgrades, and institutional capacity building.

Education Fund

Enabling the growth and development of BTC’s educational offering. We constantly strive to improve our contact and distance education through the implementation of educational technology, tools, resources and programmes which improve teaching and learning.
