Terms and Conditions

Prices:

• Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
• All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of the shipping cost.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations or supplier price changes.
• Shipping charges may be increased if Postnet increases their tariffs or the package is over 5kg.

Shipping and Delivery:

• We use PostNet2PostNet Courier expedite delivery and collection at receivers’ convenience. To ensure that delivery is not delayed, please provide an address for your nearest PostNet office. The courier fee is charged at a fixed fee but may change if weight is over 5kg. If a courier is required, please tick the ‘I need my products shipped to me’ box. You can pay for the books and shipping by card with your order, or you can choose to do an EFT for both the books and courier fee after placing and confirming your order.
• PostNet2PostNet couriers with a 2-3 working day delivery timeframe and 400+ locations nationwide.
• We generally only courier parcels within South Africa. We can courier to other countries, but it is exceptionally expensive. You will need to request a quote first.

Payments:

• Payment may be made by card with order, or by EFT after placing and confirming your order.
• Cash deposits are accepted, provided they are made at an FNB ATM.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy:

• Provision of goods is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, BTC will refund the customer in full within 30 days.
• Cancellations by the customer are subject to a 10% administration fee.
• We have a 7-day regret and return policy. If the book you have bought is not what you expected, you may exchange it within 7-days of purchase. Courier fees for returns are for your account.
• You may return any faulty or damaged items within 7 days of delivery for a replacement, provided that we are notified within 48 hours of you receiving the goods and stock is available.
• Refunds will only be given if you received the incorrect product or if a product is damaged. An EFT refund will be processed into the provided account with 30 days.
• Please take note that we do not provide refunds for the following CDs or DVDs.

Card acquiring and security details:

• Payments may be made via Visa and MasterCard

Privacy Policy:

• All customer information received will be subject to BTC’s Privacy Policy, in accordance with its terms as amended from time to time.
• BTC shall take reasonable steps to protect your personal information.
• New customers are automatically added to our mailing list but are free to unsubscribe at any time.
• By subscribing to BTC Newsletter or any other items on our subscription list on this website, you give the management permission to send you the selected email, which includes special offers, update and promos, to the e-mail address that you had registered with.

Country of domicile:

• This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and BTC chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice or other documents or communication of whatever nature, 260 Oak Avenue, Ferndale, Randburg.

• This website is run by BTC based in South Africa operating as a Theological College.
• While every effort is made to keep the details on this website accurate, the information contained on this website is subject to errors and omissions.
• BTC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments to these terms and conditions will be posted on the site. Whenever you access the site you will be bound to the current version. Continued use of this site will constitute acceptance of the current version.
